About this app
This Privacy Policy applies to codex-claude-integration, a private integration used by authorised administrators to manage and report on the business operator’s Meta advertising assets. It covers data handled by this integration, rather than the separate privacy practices of Meta or any advertised website.
The app does not offer public sign-up. Access to business assets is limited to the permissions and asset assignments granted by their authorised administrators.
Information the integration handles
Depending on the operations authorised and enabled, the integration handles:
- Identifiers, names and settings for authorised ad accounts, business portfolios, Pages, catalogues, product sets, catalogue items, campaigns, ad sets and ads.
- Advertising creative content, media references, catalogue information, destination URLs and tracking configuration supplied or authorised by the business operator.
- Advertising performance information, such as impressions, clicks and spend, and reporting data available through the granted permissions.
- Authorisation credentials, granted-permission information and the identity of the authorised system user required to operate the integration.
- Operational and security records, including request times, operation results, errors and configuration changes.
- Information supplied when contacting the operator about this app or making a privacy request.
The integration does not require Facebook passwords. Its current functions do not read private messages, friends lists or unrelated personal-profile content.
How information is used
Information is used to perform authorised advertising and catalogue operations, inspect and troubleshoot configuration, produce reports, maintain operational records and secure the integration. Advertising changes are made under the business operator’s instructions.
Information obtained through Meta is not sold. It is not made available to unrelated advertisers or used to provide a public data-broker service.
Security and retention
Access controls, protected credential storage and encrypted network connections are used to protect the integration and its data. Credentials are kept out of public pages and published reports. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Configuration, reports and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for authorised business operations, security, troubleshooting or applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed can be deleted or de-identified. Revoking access prevents future authorised API operations but does not automatically remove information already held by Meta.
Privacy and data-deletion requests
You may contact the operator to ask about information held by this integration or request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you or assets you are authorised to control. Requests may require verification of identity or authority before information is disclosed or deleted.
Use the subject Privacy request - codex-claude-integration and describe the request and any relevant account, Page or business identifier. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Detailed data-deletion instructions are also available. Requests concerning data held by Meta itself must be addressed through Meta’s own controls or support.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when the integration’s functions or data-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
